Healthier Greek Pasta Salad (21 Day Fix Friendly)
This Greek Pasta Salad is super healthy, light and 21 day fix friendly! Great as a chilled side dish, or add protein to make it a full meal!
Earlier this year, I let you all know my resolutions. I’m happy to report that I’m doing great so far! My resolutions are to pretty simple! I will work out 3 times a week and eat small meals frequently. And, each night I will be in bed with my phone put away by 10:45 pm!
I’ve been doing great with my exercise, doing low impact workouts mostly. My favorites workouts so far are yoga class and reformer Pilates training in Kansas City with my friend Abby. I am also walking our dog almost every day!
For my diet, I’m trying to eat more whole foods! The secret for me to be able to do this is to have pre-cooked protein in the fridge, like this Maple Dijon Chicken Breast or Smoked Salmon, as well as a veggie packed side dish that is okay to eat cold, like this Greek Pasta Salad recipe (recipe card below), or Crunchy Broccoli Salad. I have to make it just as convenient for me to grab a healthier option as it is to grab something in the drive-thru!

Honestly, the hardest thing for me about this year’s resolutions has been to put my phone down at night! I know I’m not alone here!
And once I start a good book, I have a hard time tearing myself away from it!

I’ve been looking for healthier recipes that work in my whole foods. Simple swaps like using whole wheat pasta in this Greek pasta salad recipe really help!
How to Make Healthy Greek Pasta Salad
I also packed this Greek pasta salad recipe with tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, red onions, and olives. I used low-fat feta cheese and a super easy and tangy Greek vinaigrette! You can use store-bought Greek dressing, make homemade Greek dressing, or try this beautiful Sun Dried Tomato Dressing.
You probably know that most pasta salads are LOADED with sugar or mayonnaise (like my Hawaiian Macaroni Salad recipe, which is a total guilty pleasure). The Greek Pasta Salad recipe I’m sharing today tastes GREAT without those ingredients being in the dressing.

PS- If you are following the 21 day fix program, this Healthy Greek Pasta Salad totally fits within the guidelines!

Is the serving size 1 cup in order to be the containers you have listed for 21 day fix? Thanks for sharing!
Hi Candace! I had the serving calculated at 1.5 cups for those container values. I also like to add in a container of shredded chicken when I have it, great for lunch!
YUM! This looks delightful! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Thank you Kristyn!
This is exactly the kind of pasta salad that I like to take on picnics in the summer. Bookmarking this one!

I LOVE Greek food! Feta is my weakness! I think I might just have to make this for dinner this week!!
Me too! Throw lemon, feta, oregano on ANYTHING and I’ll eat it! 🙂
Good for you! I’m still starting my New Year’s resolution… 😉
This salad looks so wonderful! I could have that every day and never get tired of it.
LOL! I hear you. It’s a perpetual restart for most of us, I think! I love making a big batch of this and just keeping it in the fridge for an easy lunch or dinner side dish.
This looks amazing!! ? I started 21 Day Fix in the fall of 2014, and by summer of 2015 had lost 30 pounds (putting me at my goal weight), dropped my cholesterol 37 points, and was so much stronger, happier, and confident! Loved it so much I actually signed up as a coach and now I’m helping and watching other people reach THEIR goals and it is amazing!
Thank you so much! I am so glad to hear of your success. Congratulations! I’m really enjoying the fix, and this is coming from a VERY grumbly dieter! 🙂
