– 4 center cut, bone-in pork chops – For the marinade: – ¼ cup dark rum – ⅓ cup brown grain mustard – 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoon hot sauce – 1 teaspoon olive oil – 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce – salt and pepper to taste
