Apple Cider Mimosas with Brown Sugar Rim
This Apple Cider Mimosa recipe is the perfect fall twist to a classic mimosa! Serve for Thanksgiving or fall brunch.
Looking for the perfect fall cocktail? I’ve got it! This apple cider cocktail is an easy twist on the classic mimosa cocktail. Made with sparkling wine and apple cider, these apple cider mimosas just tastes like fall.

To make this cocktail super special, I make a brown sugar rim on the edge of the champagne glass. But you can also do cinnamon sugar. I think it’s equally good!

Recipe Substitutions and Additions
Make these Apple Cider Mimosas your own! Here are a few ideas:
- Switch it up! Swap brown sugar for cinnamon sugar for to make a cinnamon sugar rim.
- Don’t have corn syrup? Use honey or caramel sauce instead. In a pinch, you can also use water, but it will not stick as good!
- No apple cider? Just use apple juice and add a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
- Add a splash of caramel vodka or sweet bourbon to each champagne glass for an extra kick!
- Add a drizzle of caramel to each glass before adding the champagne cocktail.
Instead of the brown sugar rim, feel free to use homemade vanilla bean sugar!
