Around the holidays, I keep several blocks of cream cheese in my fridge! And inevitably, I have some leftover that I need to figure out how to use. The good news is that tangy cream cheese is truly the foundation for any tasty dip! So, as we move into football playoffs, I will usually use up any leftover cream cheese from the holidays in a delicious dip recipe.
Cream cheese is wonderful to have on hand because you can add so many different things to it, both sweet and savory. It’s a (creamy) neutral vehicle to deliver the flavor of your choice!

Store any leftover dip in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. If it needs to be reheated, do so gently on low power in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time.
