Make this adorable Pumpkin Brie En Croute for Halloween! This Pumpkin Baked Brie will be the star of your Halloween charcuterie board.

Today’s post is not so much a recipe, as it is a technique! I’m trying to go a little more “short form” these days, especially with videos. If I try to write a thousand words, and make a three minute long video, and take hundreds of photos, it takes forever!

Sometimes my Type A personality gets in the way. But, not today!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare dough.

Lay a round of thawed, prepared puff pastry or pie crust on a greased baking tray.

Cut the Jack' O Lantern face

Use a paring knife to carefully cut out the Jack O' Lantern face, peeling away the cut dough from the shapes.

Place the brie and top

Place the brie round over the top of the cut out face, then top with 1-2 tablespoons of honey or jam.

Wrap the brie and make a stem

Fold the sides of the dough up over the back of the brie and flip over. Use the extra dough on top to twist and form into a stem.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
