Grilled Sausage Grazing Board
Make a delicious meal for your family entirely on the grill using smoked sausage! Grilled smoked sausage, vegetables, and bread make a delicious spread that everyone will love.

When my husband was in college, one of his staple meals was smoked sausage and sauerkraut. It was easy for him and always delicious! I like to revisit this meal for him, but we elevate it just a bit.

Whether you’re cooking for your family, a group of friends, or a football tailgate, everyone will love to feast on a Grilled Sausage Grazing Board!

For this Grilled Sausage Grazing Board, I used smoked sausage and Kielbasa.
But, feel free to use your favorite pre-cooked sausages! Hot Italian sausage links or even chorizo are awesome in this recipe, too.

I really like using smoked sausage for my grilled graving boards. They already have a great smoky flavor, and the char from the grill makes them extra delicious!

Because it’s already smoked, it’s super stress free. Just heat and eat! I love to grill these sausages, but they’re delicious heated in a skillet or the oven.
Feel free to customize the vegetables in this recipe too! Red bell peppers, red onion or mushrooms are all delicious options!

Serving Suggestions
I think that providing buns is a good idea, but the grilled items in this recipe can also be enjoyed as is for a lower carb option!
You can also pair it with your favorite side dishes. I recommend German potato salad, pasta salad, mac salad or no mayo coleslaw.
I hope that you enjoy this Grilled Sausage Grazing Board! If you try it out, let me know in the comments.

- ½ cup whole grain mustard
- 1 cup prepared sauerkraut
Instructions
- Prepare your grill to high heat.
- Brush all vegetables lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
