Make delicious and easy Air Fryer Chicken strips with just two ingredients; chicken and Louisiana Fish Fry Air Fryer Coating Mix!

Even though I’m a food blogger now, I was a picky eater as a child! My Mom, who is an absolute saint, would get up early to make me my school lunch. The list of things I would eat was pretty short, but she always made it work.
For special days, she would make homemade chicken strips. She hand-breaded and pan-fried them, then wrapped them in foil. When I'd take them out of my lunch box, they would still be warm! I don't know how she made that work with a full-time job, but all Moms are superheroes, right?
Lucky for me, my son is not a picky eater at all! He will eat almost anything, but chicken strips are one of his most requested foods. I love to oblige him, because they're a great way to work protein into his diet!
I have to be honest that the air fryer has been a lifesaver for me this year! My son has been in virtual school all fall, so I'm making three meals a day for him, plus snacks! I love anything that I can throw in the air fryer, and these Air Fryer Chicken Strips could not be any easier.
I use Louisiana Fish Fry Air Fryer Coating when I want to make crispy chicken, fish and pork in the air fryer! You might recognize the Louisiana Fish Fry name. They're famous for their fish fry batter, seasonings and sauces.
