Saving Leftover Fish Sticks:

If you have leftover fish sticks, save them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.

Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes, or on a sheet pan in the oven. Either of these methods will help some of the crispiness return to the fish!

For the fish, I used cod. But, you can substitute cod for any flaky white fish! Tilapia or catfish would also be a great substitution.
