Whew! What a year. I started this little blog in April 2015, and it's grown tremendously in the past 9 months. Beyond my wildest dreams! Over 100,000 beautiful people have visited my blog since I started it. Those numbers are crazy to me! Another crazy thing, I've posted over 100 recipes! I'm tired just thinking about it. 🙂

This recipe went kind of viral when I posted it, and I was about one month into blogging! It's no wonder, because it's a hit, and SO EASY! Just dump and go!

My father-in-law's famous barbecued shrimp recipe is cooked in butter, olive oil, lemon and TONS of yummy spices. You'll close your eyes and think you're on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, it's that good!

These little babies went absolutely crazy, being shared over 23,000 times. WHOA! They are SO fun though, right?

Surprised? I'm not. My family has been making this easy, no-mayo, vinegar based coleslaw for 50+ years. As it's named, it's totally a classic.
