For some winter snacking, make these easy White Chocolate Cranberry Bites! Made with oats, almonds and cranberries.

Grazing boards are all the age right now! I’ve been making grazing boards for friends and family and delivering them to the porches. But, I know they tend to be a bit heavy, loaded with cheese, meats and other goodies.

The good news is that snack boards do NOT have to be heavy to be delicious! One of my favorite snacks for the winter is these White Chocolate Cranberry Bites. And, they’re a wonderful addition to a healthier snack board!

White Chocolate Cranberry Bites

These White Chocolate Cranberry Bites are loaded with oats, almonds and cranberries. Use your favorite peanut butter or nut butter, and add in some white chocolate chips to make it a sweet treat!

To make your healthier grazing board, add these healthy snack bites alongside:

  • Sliced veggies: Cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers and green bell peppers are always beautiful additions!
  • Fresh fruit: I love to include berries like grapes, blackberries and raspberries. No slicing required, and they have beautiful, vibrant color!
  • Dried fruit: Dried apricots, cherries and cranberries are always a hit!
  • Nuts: Crowd favorites include almonds, cashews and pecans. They can be chocolate covered, cocoa dusted or spiced!
  • Cheese: Lighter options include aged Parmesan, goat cheese and fresh mozzarella!
