Oatmeal doesn't have to be sweet! This savory oatmeal recipe combines the flavors of smoked gouda, prosciutto, apples and leafy arugula!

water

smoked gouda cheese

sliced thin
Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, combine Quaker ® Oats Quick 1-minute Oats, water, salt and pepper. Stir and microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes, until creamy.
Add gouda into hot oatmeal and stir until melted and combined.
Top with apple, arugula and prosciutto.
Serve warm.
