Instructions
Into a large skillet, add sesame oil and heat on medium-high heat. When hot, add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. If you are adding vegetables to the recipe, add them now.
Add ground chicken breast to skillet and sauté over high heat until cooked through, 3-5 minutes.
To the chicken mixture, add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Stir until the chicken is well coated in sauce.
Spoon rice, then chicken into bowls. Garnish with diced green onions or sesame seeds (optional).
Serve while hot.
Notes
If lean chicken breast is used, there should not be much grease in the pan. But if there is, carefully drain some of it off before adding the sauces.
