GoWISE USA 1700-Watt 5.8-QT 8-in-1 Digital Air Fryer
Instructions
1. Using a mandoline slicer or chef knife, slice the zucchini rounds into thin, uniform slices. Line a plate with layers of paper towels and place the zucchini on top. Pat the top with paper towels to remove as much excess moisture as possible.
2. Place zucchini in a large bowl. Add vinegar and toss to combine.
3. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Add zucchini chips into air fryer basket, allowing for slight overlap. This will help keep the slices from flying around the air fryer.
5. Air fry at 370 degrees F for 4-5 minutes. Flip the chips over and fry for an additional 4-5 minutes, until they reach desired crispness. If the chips are not turning golden brown, spray them lightly with the cooking spray to help them crisp up. Keep a close eye on the zucchini chips and remove as soon as they start turning golden-brown.
6. Once done frying, sprinkle with seasoned salt and garlic powder.
7. Enjoy!
Notes
I recommend checking on your zucchini chips and shaking the basket around the 3 and 6 minute mark. Each model of air fryer is different, so you'll want to be sure that your chips aren't burning! If you start to see signs of burning on the edges of the zucchini chips, they're done! Stop the cooking process and remove the chips.
