Ingredients
 

  • 2 pounds flaky white fish, like cod or tilapia
  • 5- ounce box, Louisiana Fish Fry Products Air Fryer Fish Seasoned Coating Mix

Instructions
 

  • Rinse cod in ice cold water.
  • Cut fish into sticks, about ¾ inch thick. If your fish filets are sized differently, you will have different lengths of fish sticks, but try your best to keep the thickness the same. 
  • Coat fish sticks in Louisiana Fish Fry Products Air Fryer Fish Seasoned Coating Mix.
  • Shake off excess coating and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time, until golden brown.
