- Eggs - Half and half - Vanilla extract - Cinnamon - Nutmeg - Maple syrup - Cinnamon roll icing packets

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare your 9x13'' casserole dish with cooking spray.

In a bowl add the eggs, half and half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk vigorously until combined.

Cut cinnamon roll dough into 1-inch pieces and place them into the baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.

Place in the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Drizzle the maple syrup and icing packets. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
