Combine cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil in large mixing bowl. Blend until well mixed and doughy, about 45 seconds.
Using a teaspoon, scoop batter and form into a ball with your hands. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 9 minutes. Remove from pan, transfer to waxed paper or cooling rack to cool.
For the strawberry frosting
Place strawberries in food processor or blender and puree.
Add in cream cheese and powdered sugar, blend until well combined.
Notes
Please store the frosting in the refrigerator, until ready to serve. It is not shelf stable like prepackaged frosting due to the addition of fresh fruit.
