I love this recipe for a healthy snack with 7 grams of protein in each ball!
These No Bake Energy Balls are packed with peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, flax and chia seeds which bring plenty of protein, fiber and Omega-3 fatty acids.

1¼
cup
oats
▢
½
cup
sliced almonds
,
chopped finely (or use food processor to chop for you)
▢
3
tablespoons
flax seeds
▢
3
tablespoons
protein powder
,
PB2 or vanilla whey
▢
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
▢
1/2
cup
mini chocolate chips
Wet ingredients:
▢
2/3
cup
peanut butter
,
or nut butter of choice
▢
1/3
cup
honey
Instructions
In medium mixing bowl add the dry ingredients: oats, almonds, flax seeds, protein powder, chia seeds and chocolate chips. Stir well to combine.
Add honey and peanut butter. Stir until well combined. I like to use a spatula for this and fold the ingredients over until they seem mostly wet.
Place mixing bowl in refrigerator for minimum of 30 minutes. This will make them easier to roll and less sticky.
Roll chilled mixture into bite-sized balls. You can use gloves if you choose! Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
If you like a smoother texture, I recommend processing all of the dry ingredients EXCEPT the chocolate chips in a food processor first.
