maple syrup

thick-cut bacon

A dash of hot sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place an oven-safe cooling rack in a baking tray. For easier clean up, you can always line the baking tray with aluminum foil.
In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, black pepper and (optional) hot sauce.
Place baking on cooling rack. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove bacon from oven. Flip again, and brush the top with brown sugar mixture.
Return to oven for an additional five minutes, remove from oven, flip bacon and brush the over side with brown sugar mixture.
Bake for a final five minutes, or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.
