Ingredients

can chickpeas

drained

smooth tahini
▢

extra virgin olive olive

fresh lemon juice

garlic clove

or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

sea salt

for blending
Optional toppings:
▢
fresh herbs
,
more olive oil, more lemon juice, chili crunch
Instructions
To a food processor, add chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Blend until well combined, adding water one tablespoon at a time to help the mixture blend until beans are fully pureed and the mixture is creamy.
Serve room temperature or cold with optional toppings, a dash of sriracha or extra olive oil.
