This Homemade Apple Cider Vinaigrette uses simple ingredients. You'll love putting this homemade dressing on your favorite fall salad!

Ingredients

avocado oil

or extra virgin olive oil

apple cider vinegar
▢

tablespoons
honey
,
or maple syrup
▢

lemon juice
▢

tablespoon
Dijon mustard
▢

garlic

minced
▢

teaspoon
black pepper
▢

teaspoon
salt
▢
1/2
shallot
,
finely minced (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl or mason jar, add all ingredients.
Whisk vigorously, or cover with a lid and shake to combine.
Allow ingredients to rest for about 10 minutes before serving, whisking gently again before pouring over salad.
Notes
Add the shallot if you have one already. It is not required to make this a delicious vinaigrette, but it adds so much flavor! Sweet onion works, too.
