A beautifully simple appetizer. Baked cheese wheel with honey, candied pecans, and cranberries.

Ingredients

wheel of brie cheese
▢
¼
cup
of dried cranberries
▢
⅓
cup
of Easy Candied Pecans
▢
1/4
cup
honey
▢
optional for garnish, fresh rosemary sprig or fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place brie in a small oven-safe dish or small cast iron skillet.
Pile cranberries and pecans on top of the brie, then drizzle the sweet honey over the top.
Place the brie in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into the cheese.
Optionally, transfer to a serving platter. Serve with crackers and a cheese knife.
Notes
If you don't want to make candied pecans, you can absolutely purchase them! Or, substitute walnuts or your favorite candied nuts.
