Chicken breast is coated in a simple brown sugar rub and wrapped with bacon, then grilled to perect! Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce, or the simple BBQ glaze recipe that's included.

Instructions
Cut chicken breast into cubes, about one inch per side.
Add spices to gallon-sized Ziploc bag and shake to combine. Add chicken pieces and shake to coat.
Wrap each piece of chicken in 1/3 to 1/2 piece of bacon and slide onto skewer.
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the barbecue glaze.
Oil your grill grates to prevent sticking, then add skewers over high heat.
Place skewers on your well-oiled grill (to prevent sticking) and grill one side for about 3 minutes.
Turn the skewer over and brush the crispy, grilled side with the barbecue glaze while the other cooks for another three minutes.
Continue to flip and brush with barbecue glaze until the bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked to 165°F.
