large apples

cored and diced
Instructions
Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the cubed bread and diced apples in the casserole dish. Gently stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugars, cinnamon vanilla and salt. Pour evenly over the bread and apple mixture.
Cover refrigerate to allow the bread to soak for at least an hour or up to overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Uncover and bake for 60 minutes or until the eggs are completely set (no jiggling!)
Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup or honey.
