This air fried nuts are the perfection combination of salty and sweet, with just a little bit of heat! They're super addictive for a snack and make a great gift!

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, add the walnuts, almonds, and cashews. Set aside for now.
Whisk the egg whites, brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt together in a separate small bowl.
Add the egg white mixture to the nuts mixture, then stir until thoroughly coated. I like to use a spatula.
Add coated nuts to the air fryer in a single layer and cook in the air fryer basket at for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, open the air fryer and stir or give the air fryer basket a good shake until the nuts are broken up. Air fry for another 5 minutes.
Stir nuts again and remove from the air fryer.
Cool completely before enjoying for the best results.
Notes
I do not recommend lining your air fryer basket, because it limits the air flow. Sorry! I know it's much easier for cleanup.
