– Elbow macaroni – All-purpose flour – Half and half – Cream cheese – Havarti cheese – Sharp cheddar cheese – Smoked gouda – Bacon

Cook your elbow macaroni to al dente. Drizzle with olive oil and toss.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Pour in the half and half and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and add in the cubed cream cheese. Slowly add the other cheeses and whisk.

Add in the seasonings and stir. Add the cooked elbow macaroni and stir. Add in the crumbled bacon.

In a bowl, combine butter and the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the macaroni.

Place the cast iron skillet in the smoker and smoke for 60 minutes. Serve immediately!
