Smoke a juicy turkey breast on the smoker! Made with a homemade dry rub and ready in about 2 hours.

– Boneless turkey breast – Olive oil – Cajun seasoning – Butter – Fresh parsley, chopped – Fresh dill

Heat the smoker to 250 F, adding wood chunks. In a bowl, prepare the Cajun spice rub.

Brush the turkey breast with olive oil. Rub the spices all over the turkey breast.

Place butter, herbs and garlic in a heat-safe pan. Place pan on smoker grates.

Place turkey directly on smoker grates. Smoke for 1.25 hours. Transfer to a aluminum foil boat.

Pour the melted butter bath over the turkey, and seal the aluminum foil.

Continue to smoke for 20-25 minutes. Slice and serve!
