– Jumbo lump crab meat – Celery – Yellow onion – Old Bay seasoning – Chicken broth – Bay leaves – Yellow potato – Heavy whipping cream – Corn kernels

Melt butter in soup pot. Add celery, onion, bay, old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and celery seeds and cook.

Add the broth, bay leaves and potato to the soup and cook on medium-high heat for 15 minutes.

Remove the bay leaves and blend the soup. Pour in the heavy cream, corn and milk.

Stir, and simmer on low-medium heat for another 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and crab meat.

Stir and let it just barely start simmering before reducing the heat to low. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Taste, and add more salt it needed. Garnish and serve hot with crackers!
