- Graham crackers - Butter - Cream cheese - Vanilla extract - Molasses - Heavy cream - Eggs - Pecans

Mix crust ingredients. Grease a springform pan. Press crust mixture into the pan and up the sides and refrigerate.

In a bowl beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth. Add molasses, vanilla, sour cream and cream and beat just until incorporated.

Add eggs, one at a time. Pour mixture into the pan, bake for 40 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300F and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.

Place Karo Syrup, brown sugar and vanilla in a sauce pan and heat on low until the brown sugar has melted. Stir in pecans and remove from heat.

Add to top of mostly cooled cheesecake and Serve!
