For this method, you will need small shot glass, champagne flute, or whiskey snifter.

Layer slices of salami around the rim of of the glass, folding the salami in half over the top of the glass.

You can make the rose more full by using more salami slices. Add a second layer staggered over the top of the first layer.

Once the salami is folded over the rim of the glass, turn the glass upside down directly onto your cheese board to unveil rose shape!
