– Graham crackers – Unsalted butter – Cinnamon – Pumpkin puree – Heavy cream – Brown sugar – Ground cinnamon – Ground ginger – Ground nutmeg – Ground allspice – Ground cloves – Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350. Combine graham cracker crumbles, melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Stir to combine.

Grease a deep-dish pie plate. Press graham pie pan. Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.

In a bowl, add remaining ingredients and whip to combine. Pour pumpkin pie filling into graham crust, and smooth even.

Bake pumpkin pie for 40 minutes. Pull out of oven and loosely tent with aluminum foil, then bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Pull from oven when the center of the pie is set and place on a wire rack. Let cool at room temperature for 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream!
