– Sirloin steak – Bell pepper – Red onion – Button mushrooms – Soy sauce – Worcestershire sauce – Garlic powder – Italian seasoning – Hot sauce

Put all the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Add chunks of beef, and re-seal bag. Allow to marinade at least 8 hours.

Prep the vegetables and mushrooms. Thread the beef and vegetables onto the skewers.

Grill over high heat for 8-10-minute total, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the grill, and rest on a plate covered in aluminum foil before serving for 5 minutes.
