Cook the spaghetti in boiling water, following package directions until al dente. Drain spaghetti.

In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and heavy cream.

Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and stir. Allow to simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss.

Transfer half of the mixture to the baking dish. Layer half of the mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses in an even layer.

Add the remaining spaghetti. Pour the rest of the sauce as well. Evenly spread the remaining cheeses over the top.

Bake in preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
