Into a skillet, add sesame oil and heat on medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add ground chicken breast to skillet and sauté over high heat until cooked through, 3-5 minutes.

Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, ginger and garlic powder and stir.

Spoon rice, then chicken into bowls. Garnish with diced green onions or sesame seeds.
