– 16 oz baby bella mushrooms, whole, stems removed – 8 oz italian sausage – 4 oz cream cheese, softened – 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese – 3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ½ tablespoon parsley
Preheat oven 375° Fahrenheit. Wash and dry mushrooms. Brown sausage until crumbled and cooked. Remove from skillet and allow to drain.
Add cream cheese and parmesan cheese to skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add drained sausage, breadcrumbs & spices to cheese mixture. Stir.
Place mushroom caps on greased sheet upside down. Spoon sausage and cheese mixture into mushroom cavities. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
