INGREDIENTS

– 4 center pork chops For the pork chop seasoning: – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon onion powder

1. MARINADE

In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Reserve ¼ cup of the marinade. Add the pork chops. Place in the refrigerator for up to one hour.

2. PREP THE GRILL

Prepare the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grill grate. If using a charcoal grill, prepare an area for indirect cooking by pushing the lit charcoal to one side

3. SEASON

Pat the marinated pork chops dry with a paper towel, and rub with the pork chop seasoning.

4. GRILL CHOPS

Grill pork chops over low/indirect and for 7 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill when the internal temperature reaches 145F

5. SERVE

Allow the meat to rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into it, to allow the juices to redistribute
