This Butter Poached Lobster Tail recipe is a decadent, fun cooking method that produces perfectly tender lobster every time!

1. BUTTER BATH

To a large pot, add water & heat until it begins to simmer Reduce heat & slowly add butter

2. PREP THE LOBSTER

Shuck the lobster tails. Then gently pry the meat from the shell with your fingers.

3. SKEWER THE LOBSTER

Thread a wooden or metal skewer through the lobster tail meat to keep it from curling while cooking

4. ADD LOBSTER TO BUTTER BATH

Add the lobster tails to the butter bath & cook over low Cook for 3 mins on  each side

Remove the skewers before serving!
