This Mexican Keto Breakfast Burrito will start your day off right! Packed with fresh flavor and protein including eggs, chorizo, cheese, and a Mission® Protein Tortilla Wrap!

1. PREP INGREDIENTS

Add chorizo with onion and jalapeno pepper to skillet, sauté for 2-3 minutes Beat eggs in a bowl until all yolks have broken. Add black pepper, hot sauce &  lime juice and combine

2. COOK

Sprinkle diced tomato and cilantro over the eggs. Cook eggs, stirring gently and sparingly until no longer runny. Spoon egg and chorizo  into a tortilla and top with shredded cheese.

3. SERVE!

Roll up into burrito and serve warm with your favorite salsa.
