– Sugar – Fresh strawberries – Original Sure Jell Premium Fruit Pectin – Water

To a bowl, add crushed strawberries and sugar. Whisk vigorously to combine.  Let sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a saucepan, add water and pectin. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Allow to boil for one minute, whisking constantly, then remove from the heat.

Add the pectin liquid to strawberry sugar mixture and whisk for 3 minutes.

Immediately fill the containers with the jam mixture. Leave a ½-¾ inch space at the top.

Allow to stand at room temperature 24 hours to set. Transfer to the refrigerator to store.
