In a bowl, Whisk together the eggs and cornstarch. Add the chicken and toss to coat.

Fry until golden brown on each side. Remove the chicken to a paper towel lined plate

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, corn starch and red pepper flakes.

Add the sauce to a skillet over medium heat. Whisk until the sauce comes up to a simmer. Toss chicken in with the sauce.

Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve!
