For the cinnamon roll dough:– 1 ½ cups gluten free all-
purpose flour – 2 tbsp sugar– 1 tsp baking powder– ½ tsp baking soda– ¼ tsp salt– 4 tbsp butter, melted– ½ cup plus 2 tbsp milk– 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Place a piece of parchment paper on top of the floured dough and roll it using a rolling pin. You will need a large rectangle or dough measuring approximately 8x14”.
Pour melted butter onto the dough. Combine the remaining 2 tbsps of sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the surface of the buttered dough.
Place rolls into the prepared muffin pan and place in the preheated oven to bake for 13-15 minutes, until the tops of the rolls turn a light golden brown.
In a bowl, add cream cheese and softened butter. Whisk. Add vanilla, salt and powdered sugar, whisk again until combined. Add 1 tbsp of milk at a time until desired frosting consistency is reached.
