Grilled Corn On the Cob in Foil

An easy recipe for grilled corn on the cob in foil! This is a simple, fresh side dish for fresh corn on the grill.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 ears of corn on the cob,   shucked and cleaned – 1.5 tablespoons butter,    melted  – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ⅛ teaspoon pepper

1. PREP 

Prepare your grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Shuck and clean the corn, and make sure it is nice and dry.

2. BUTTER THE CORN

 Lay the corn on the sheet of aluminum foil, then brush each ear of corn with melted butter. Sprinkle each ear of corn with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3. WRAP THE CORN WITH FOIL

Wrap the aluminum foil over the corn cob.

4. GRILL

Grill over direct heat for 15-20 minutes, or over indirect heat for 25-30 minutes. Remove one ear from the grill and check for doneness.

5. SERVE

Allow corn to rest for 5 minutes before unwrapping from foil. Serve warm.
