– Laura's Lean Ground Beef – Worcestershire sauce – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Dried thyme – Olive oil – Onions – Brown sugar – Slider buns – Swiss cheese – Arugula

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil, then preheat the air fryer to  390 F.

To a skillet, add olive oil and heat. Add onions, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce the heat and cook for 12-15 minutes.

In a bowl, add ingredients for burger patties and stir. Divide the burger mixture into balls, then flatten them into patties.

Place patties in the air fryer, then spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 5 minutes.

Flip and place the cheese slices on top of the patties. Air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Toast the buns in the air fryer. Place the burger patty with cheese on the bottom bun, add onions and arugula, and the top bun.
