– Spiral sliced bone in ham – Chicken stock – Cinnamon sticks – Brown sugar – Dark rum – Pineapple juice – Dijon mustard –Cinnamon, ground – Cloves

 Line your roasting pan, then nestle a wire rack in the roasting pan. Add chicken stock and cinnamon sticks to the pan.

Using a knife, score the ham gently across the top by making crisscross patterns into the ham.

Place ham on the wire rack. Garnish the ham with pineapple slices, cherries and cloves with toothpicks.

Cover ham with aluminum foil. Place in preheated oven and roast for 12-15 minutes per pound.

In a saucepan, combine the the rum and pineapple juice. Heat over medium-low heat in a pan. Whisk in the brown sugar, Add spices, stir again and remove from heat.

Remove the ham from the oven 20 minutes before cook time is done. Brush the glaze on top of the ham.

Increase the oven temperature to 425 F. Return ham to the oven for the final 15-20 minutes to bake uncovered.

Brush with any additional glaze on top of ham, let rest. Slice and serve warm on a serving platter!
