INGREDIENTS

– 4 slices brioche bread – 1 egg – ½ cup Hiland Dairy milk OR    almond milk – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350F

PREHEAT THE OVEN

To a medium mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Whisk well to combine.

PREP THE MIXTURE

Quickly dip EACH SIDE of the bread in the egg mixture. Do not allow to soak. Place the slices of bread on the pan.

DIP BREAD

Bake for 6 minutes, flip carefully with a spatula. Bake for an additional 6 minutes.

BAKE

Carefully remove from sheet pan with a spatula, serve warm.

SERVE!
