Grilled Sausage Grazing Board
Make a delicious meal for your family entirely on the grill using smoked sausage! Grilled smoked sausage, vegetables, and bread make a delicious spread that everyone will love.

When my husband was in college, one of his staple meals was smoked sausage and sauerkraut. It was easy for him and always delicious! I like to revisit this meal for him, but we elevate it just a bit.
Whether you’re cooking for your family, a group of friends, or a football tailgate, everyone will love to feast on a Grilled Sausage Grazing Board!
For this Grilled Sausage Grazing Board, I used two varieties of Eckrich sausage, Original Skinless Rope Smoked Sausage, and Polska Kielbasa Skinless Rope Smoked Sausage.
But, feel free to use your favorite pre-cooked sausages!
I really like using smoked sausage for my grilled graving boards. They already have a great smoky flavor, and the char from the grill makes them extra delicious!
If you’d like to add a few more sides, I recommend this easy German Potato Salad, my Vinegar Coleslaw, or my Hawaiian Macaroni Salad recipe!
Because it’s already smoked, it’s super stress free. Just heat and eat! I love to grill these sausages, but they’re delicious heated in a skillet or the oven.
I hope that you enjoy this Grilled Sausage Grazing Board! If you try it out, let me know in the comments.
Grilled Sausage Grazing Board
Ingredients
- 20 ounces Eckrich Original Skinless Rope Smoked Sausage
For the veggies:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 ears of corn, cleaned and halved
- 3 bell peppers, quartered
- 1 purple onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 zucchinis, sliced diagonally
- 1 purple onion, peeled and quartered
For serving:
- 1 French baguette, sliced thin
- ½ cup whole grain mustard
- 1 cup prepared sauerkraut
Instructions
- Prepare your grill to high heat.
- Brush all vegetables lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- First, place corn on the grill. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until done.
- Next, place peppers, onion, and zucchini on the grill. Grill for about 6 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
- Next, place the Eckrich sausage directly over high heat. Grill for about 2 minutes per side, until charred and sizzling.
- Finally, grill the bread on the outer edges of the grill where there is less direct heat. Each side of bread will need 30 seconds to 1 minute of grilling. Be careful not to burn.
- Slice grilled sausage into bite sized pieces.
- Arrange grilled sausage, vegetables, and bread on a platter with tongs for serving. Place whole grain mustard and sauerkraut in small bowls, with spoons for serving.
- Serve while hot. Enjoy!
