Cranberry Mimosa with Orange
Need a festive holiday cocktail that everyone will love? This easy Cranberry Mimosa will do the trick!
Cheers to the freakin’ weekend, am I right? I have to be honest with you all, my brain is just not capable of any deep writing this week. This week, I finished up a grueling four months of heavy travel for work. The next few months? They look bright. In two weeks, I will be on the beautiful beaches of Isla Mujeres, Mexico! And through the holidays, my work travel is very light. So, I decided to mix my celebratory mood with some holiday flavors this weekend with this Cranberry Mimosa recipe!
I am typically not a mimosa type of girl, but I’ve found that if I spice them up some non-traditional flavors, I like them REALLY well! My first experiment was these Pineapple Mimosas, which have since gone viral on Pinterest! Another super popular cocktail here at Blackberry Babe is these Cranberry Moscow Mules. Absent of my favorite Tito’s vodka in our liquor cabinet, and plus one bottle of champagne, I decided to try my hand at a Cranberry Mimosa recipe for the holidays!
These could not be easier, although I would recommend chilling your champagne ahead of time so that the cocktail is nice and chilled. Since cranberry juice is a bit tart, I did opt to add equal parts orange juice to this cocktail. If you don’t have orange juice, just replace it with the sweetened cranberry juice! I garnished with thinly sliced clementines and fresh cranberries, but this part is totally up to you!
I hope you enjoy these Cranberry Mimosas with cherished friends and family over the holiday season. If you give them a try, let me know what you thought! If you enjoy these festive holiday mimosas, I think you’ll also enjoy:
