It’s hard to believe that summer is winding down! This has been a long one for us here in Kansas City, and by long, I mean HOT! We’re excited for the weather to cool a bit. Along with that cooler weather comes something else we’re excited for; football! We’re big fans, and this is a football-loving town. And in my opinion, nobody does tailgating better than we do here in KC!
Lately, I’ve been on a huge white wine kick. I don’t really feel like drinking anything else! I’m not super picky on the variety, as long as it’s on the drier side. And, because I’m watching my calories, I’ve been making white wine spritzers an awful lot! Switching these up can be fun, and I’ve tried a bunch of flavor varieties of calorie free sparkling water. My favorite by far is ginger ale. To make this Ginger White Wine Spritzer, I combined the Chardonnay with Diet Ginger Ale. I also added a twist of lime, since lime goes so well with ginger.
If you’re a Chardonnay drinker, you’ve probably purchased Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Chardonnay before. I love this wine because it’s good quality and perfect for sharing, but the single-serve packaging means that you can share this wine on the go! The individual serve cups are plastic, so they are PERFECT to throw in a cooler alongside your mixers. Seems like the perfect addition to your next tailgate, right?

This looks perfect for cooling down and could easily work during the winter season too with the flavor combo! #client
Definitely! Would be great with a small twist of cranberry in the winter!
I love these and make them often! A splash of any juice tastes fantastic. A few faves are cran, peach, and berry punch.
