Grilled Cowboy Burgers are beef burgers topped with lettuce, cheddar cheese, bacon, French fried onions and barbecue sauce!
Did you grow up watching the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? I did! To this day, my husband and I still argue over who our favorite turtles are. I am TOTALLY all about Michelangelo because he’s the funny one, while Craig has always favored Raphael. We’ve passed our love of TMNT on to our son, who proudly rocks his t-shirts and brings his TMNT backpack to school each day! I decided to make a fun Cowboy Burger to celebrate the release of the new movie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, which is out in theaters!
To make my Cowboy Burgers, I picked up Ball Park® Flame Grilled Patties. I also grabbed State Fair® Mini Corn Dogs for my son, who is a corn dog fanatic. He’s in the middle of a growth spurt and we’re trying to make sure he gets as much protein as possible. Right now, you can purchase any 2 participating Tyson®, Ball Park®, State Fair®, or Jimmy Dean® products at Walmart, snap a picture of your receipt, and get a movie ticket to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows in theaters now
Cowboy Burgers have longtime been a favorite of mine! I tend to put barbecue sauce on hamburgers and hot dogs, and I think I do this because I was introduced to Cowboy Burgers! I grill a beef patty and top with lettuce, cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce, bacon and crispy fried onions! The flavor combination is out of this world. One bite will make you say “Wow!” I hope you’re as excited as we are to catch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows in theatres. Remember to get your movie ticket, and let me know what you think about the movie (and these bodacious burgers) in the comments!
