Cranberry Honey Baked Brie
It’s not right just how EASY this Cranberry Honey Baked Brie recipe is! Make it for your next party – no puff pastry or phyllo dough needed.
Baked cheese is such an elegant, easy appetizer, and this brie recipe is truly the perfect appetizer! It’s beautiful by itself or as part of a charcuterie board.
I love to make this easy baked brie when we need an appetizer for a Christmas party! It also makes a great Thanksgiving appetizer. Through the holiday season you can find a small wheel of brie at Aldi for around $3. What a deal!
I typically buy several of these soft cow’s milk cheeses at the beginning of the holiday season. Warm baked brie is ALWAYS a hit at parties and it’s one of the easiest appetizers to make!
Brie has a super mild flavor. This makes it so easy to customize your toppings! Both savory and sweet toppings pair well with this soft cheese.
I love to enjoy pepper jelly on top of this melted cheese, or a sweeter mix of ingredients like we have in this easy recipe.
Brie is a neutral, soft cheese. It’s wonderful in holiday appetizers like this Raspberry Brie Bites appetizer, or my Candied Bacon Baked Brie.
Do I need to Remove the Rind of Brie?
You will pile the ingredients directly on top of the cheese, no need to remove the rind!
But, if you don’t like the rind, you can shave it down with a sharp knife. Please do not remove it completely, because it’s what holds in the melty cheese!

I love to top this baked brie with fresh thyme or fresh rosemary sprigs for some festive holiday colors!
